All special orders are to be in the form of written confirmation.
Cancellation or return of special orders will not be accepted.
The customer will be deemed to have accepted the goods as
being in accordance with its order unless a written notification
is received within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Returns for credit will be subjected to a 15% surcharge. All
goods must be in original condition.
Minimum invoice of $40 otherwise an Administration Fee of
$5.00 is applicable.
